Business listings on KnowDesk.ai are sourced from Google Places API. We do not manually verify business details including:

• Phone numbers
• Business hours
• Addresses
• Ratings and reviews
• Business status (open or closed)

KnowDesk.ai makes no guarantee that any business listed is currently operational, available, or suitable for your needs. Always verify details directly with the business before making any decisions.

KnowDesk.ai is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of search results
• The quality of any business or service provider listed
• The availability of any business at any time
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowDesk.ai and Amilek Consultancy Solution shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of business or financial loss
• Damage arising from reliance on business listings
• Issues arising from interactions with listed businesses

Your use of any business found through KnowDesk.ai is entirely at your own risk.

Business information displayed on KnowDesk.ai is sourced from Google Places API. This content is owned by Google and the respective businesses. KnowDesk.ai does not claim ownership of any business listing, rating, review, or photograph.

The KnowDesk.ai name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Amilek Consultancy Solution. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

KnowDesk.ai is currently designed for use in India only. Results outside India may be inaccurate or unavailable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of KnowDesk.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
